We know you love and depend on your donors. So, as we see supporters interacting more and more virtually, we have to wonder how organizations can keep the “high-touch” engagement with all the high-tech interactions.
Our 2018 Donor Study helped answer many questions nonprofit professionals have in these times of ever-changing technology preferences. We conducted this research to better understand donor preferences, as well as their in-person and online experiences.
