The North American Transplant Coordinators Association (NATCO) is a professional organization committed to advancing organ, eye, and tissue donation and transplantation. With 1,700 professional members, NATCO’s board of directors was eager to improve member service, gain valuable efficiencies, and move its mission forward. They set out to accomplish these ambitious goals through two key strategies: hire an in-house team and build a new infrastructure from the ground up.
