Abila netFORUM Pro training offerings include:

  • Personalized Training – Abila offers personalized, on-site training sessions at which our team will travel to your location. To learn more about this option, email your account manager and we’ll help get you started.
  • Wednesday Webinars – Ensure your are making the most of your netFORUM Pro instance by joining our live weekly webinars. These webinars are held at 2 pm ET and registration is free for our clients. We focus on Core Modules that are essential to expanding your knowledge and use of Pro. To register go to the community, or request a schedule of upcoming topics. Our webinars are recorded and are also available on-demand.
  • Implementation Process Training – As part of the implementation package, we offer live webinar training geared for the initial setup of the netFORUM system which includes CRM, Membership, Website, Accounting and Event setup. In addition, the project managers assigned to your implementation will conduct one-on-one trainings with you to assist in the setup and utilization of netFORUM. If you just need a quick refresher, these webinars are held Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2 pm ET and are open to all of our clients. Registration is available on the community or request a schedule of upcoming topics.
  • Online Help – netFORUM Pro users have unlimited access to a robust help menu located within the netFORUM Pro application. When visiting the online help center, you will discover video tutorials that walk through all aspects and functionality in your netFORUM database.
  • AUDC Conference – Abila Users and Developers Conference is the perfect place to obtain comprehensive netFORUM training and share best practices with your peers. There are multiple tracks that will turn your association’s executives, IT staff, and even new employees into netFORUM Pro power users.
