TEAM & PRO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE

Avectra schedules routine maintenance every Friday between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m., Eastern Time. During this period, service interruptions may occur while Avectra applies updates for enhancements, bug fixes and error corrections.

Major software upgrades are performed beginning at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time on the publicized date. Customers will be provided advanced notice of the scheduled upgrade and estimated start time if different from previously mentioned. The software build dates are announced and posted as a resource in the netFORUM Pro Users Community online.

In the event of non-routine, emergency maintenance outside these hours that will result in a prolonged service interruption, a notice will be posted in the online community for users.

REGULAR OFFICE HOURS

Business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, excluding recognized U.S. Federal holidays. Customer Support hours are 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday to Friday, excluding recognized U.S. Federal holidays. There are no Business hours or Support hours for U.S. Federal holidays.

SERVICE GUIDELINES

Customer shall use the Service solely for its internal business purposes as contemplated by the Subscription Agreement and shall not use the Service to:

i)  Knowingly send any form of duplicative and unsolicited messages, other than marketing and promotional messages to Subscribers members, customers and prospective members and customers as contemplated by the Service;

ii)  Knowingly harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users without their consent;

iii)  Knowingly transmit through or post on the Service unlawful, immoral, libelous, tortuous, infringing, defamatory, threatening, vulgar, or obscene material or material harmful to minors;

iv)  Knowingly transmit material containing software viruses or other harmful or deleterious computer code, files, scripts, agents, or programs;

v)  Knowingly interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or the data contained therein;

vi)  Knowingly attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, computer systems or networks related to the Service; or

vii)  Knowingly interfere with another user’s use and enjoyment of the Service.
