IFAI USES ABILA NETFORUM ENTERPRISE’S POWERFUL API TO PROVIDE MEMBERS WITH BETTER OVERALL EXPERIENCE

The Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) had five different software packages – none of which was integrated. Consequently, IFAI was offering members a less-than-desired online member experience; plus, the staff was performing a great deal of duplicate entry into its various systems. IFAI implemented Abila netFORUM Enterprise and soon after, it began using netFORUM’s powerful application programming interface (API) to integrate with other vital customer-facing systems.

NHPCO STRENGTHENS CONNECTION WITH AND AMONG MEMBERS THROUGH ITS ONLINE COMMUNITY

The National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization wanted to expand its reach. The organization knew that by increasing the number of subscribers on, and the flow of content to, its online community it would be able to increase member engagement and collaboration. NHPCO launched a refreshed online community, My.NHPCO, on the Higher Logic platform, integrated with its association management system, Abila netFORUM Enterprise. Today, approximately 20,500 members subscribe to at least one of the 15 sections of My.NHPCO representing each of the professional disciplines it serves.

AGU INTEGRATES THIRD-PARTY APPS WITH NETFORUM TO UNDERSTAND CONSTITUENTS AND ADVANCE ITS MISSION

AGU didn’t have an in-house association management system. Consequently, union leaders didn’t have easy access to their own data, nor did they have any union-wide insights into how their various constituents were engaging with them. Additionally, their members were having to interact with some 38 different data sources, resulting in a less than satisfactory member experience. Implementing Abila netFORUM Enterprise enabled AGU staff members to more effectively and efficiently manage their data.
